| Reservation is subjected to room availability. |
| Children 3-11 years old is 70% of the adult. ( except Twin Room ) |
| Infant 1-3 years old charge RM 80.00 sharing bed with parent. |
| Upon confirmation of booking, a non refundable deposit of RM 100.00 per person is required for weekdays and weekend. |
| And peak seasons RM 200.00 per person is required for School and Public Holidays. |
| All confirmed bookings must be finalized 45 days before date of arrival with guests name, indentity card, birth certificate or passport number. |
| Full payment must be settled 30 days before tour departure. |
| In the event of cancellation, the deposit or prepayment will be automatically forfeited. |
| Room check in time 12.00 noon and room check out time 9.30am. |
